Tyra Sandercock
(she/her)
Physiotherapist + Group Instructor
Tyra graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy in 2024, and has since been working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. With a background as a Reformer Pilates instructor, she has developed a strong interest in movement-based rehabilitation and women’s health.
She is passionate about helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies, and believes that pelvic health concerns or pain shouldn’t be a barrier to living an active life. Tyra works with women across pre and postnatal care, including pregnancy-related pain, abdominal separation (DRAM), and pelvic floor dysfunction, with a focus on building strength, improving movement, and supporting long-term outcomes.
Tyra takes a practical, individualised approach to treatment, combining hands-on therapy with targeted exercise and education. She aims to make her sessions feel approachable and collaborative, so her patients feel comfortable, informed, and supported throughout their recovery.
Outside of the clinic, you’ll find Tyra staying active, walking her dog, or catching up with friends over coffee.
