Membership FAQs
+ How does I purchase a membership?
You can purchase directly through the Ivoryrose app, or visit our packs and passes page here Simply click to purchase and you will be directed to sign up. The memberships will be only available for uptake between April 11th and May 11th or until sold out.
+ Why are you only offering a Trial Membership for 60 women?
Our hope is to eventually offer this to our entire community ongoing, but for now – this is a limited 3 month opportunity designed to trial our membership structure & see if it’s the right fit for our community.
+ How much does the membership cost?
Glow Membership is currently $49 per week and Fit & Flow Membership is currently $69 per week. Upon conclusion of the 3 month trial offer, we may review the price for subsequent membership offers.
+ Can I cancel my membership at any time?
Yes you can! With no lock in contract, there are no cancellation fees. If you would like to cancel or pause your membership, we require a minimum 2 weeks notice. You can do this by emailing: admin@ivoryrosephysio.com.au.
+ Is my membership fee eligible for healthcare rebates?
Unfortunately membership fees are not eligible for healthcare rebates at this time.
+ Can I use my membership at both The Gym & The Studio?
It depends on which membership pack you purchase. The Glow membership gives you unlimited classes at The Gym only. If you’d like to access unlimited classes at both our locations, go for the Fit & Flow Membership & flow freely between all of our class types.
+ I purchased a Glow Membership, can I upgrade to a Fit & Flow Membership?
Ready to upgrade and get the best of both worlds? Just email us at admin@ivoryrosephysio.com.au or call our friendly front desk - providing there are still places available (spots are limited to 30 Fit & Flow at this time), we will upgrade your membership.
+ How will my membership fee be billed?
Your weekly membership fee will be direct debited from your nominated account. Payments will be deducted fortnightly. For Glow members = $98 per fortnight and Fit & Flow members = $128 per fortnight.
+ I’d like to be a member, but recently purchased a class pack. What happens to my class credits?
Never fear! We will pause your current pack whilst the 3 month membership offer is active. Once the membership period has concluded, your class pack credits will resume.
+ How do I access the Crèche?
Don’t forget, if you’d like to access our Crèche at The Gym, you’ll need to purchase a Crèche pack for your little one & book them a spot when you book in your class. Places are limited so ensure you book ahead!
