Suitable for abdominal muscle separation and general aches and pains. (45 mins)
Follow Up Consultation

Standard follow up consultations will be 30 minutes ($133 - $154) unless advised otherwise in your initial consultation.
*Pessary fittings are $215 - $295 (depending on appointment length required) + additional fees for pessary purchase.
Postnatal Check
$208 - $279
Includes pelvic floor assessment (if applicable), and assessment of abdominal muscle separation. Recommended to book from 6-8 weeks postnatal (when bleeding has ceased). New clients require the Postnatal Check-Standard.
Pre-Class Assessment
$138 - $159
Prior to attending classes health funds now require an assessment with one of our Physiotherapists in order to claim your rebate. Involves non-invasive assessment of abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, as well as time to discuss any concerns you may have. (30 mins)
*When rebooking for your 12 month review, select Class Reassessment (30 mins, $138 - $159).

Exercise Physiology
Initial Assessment

An initial assessment will examine lifestyle, current fitness levels and personal goals. (60 mins)
Exercise Physiology Follow Up Consultation

Standard follow up consultations will be either 30 minutes, 45 minutes or 60 minutes. This will be discussed in your Initial Consultation.
Our physiotherapy fees are structured around each clinician's experience, training and scope of practice, which means you'll always be matched with the right clinician for where you're at. When you get in touch, our reception team will take care of the booking and pair you with the most appropriate physiotherapist for your needs. You can also view each clinician’s skillsets throughout the “Our Team” section. For a full fee breakdown, reach out to our admin team.
We're recognised by all major private health funds, though rebates will vary depending on your level of cover - we'd recommend calling your fund directly to find out what you're entitled to. We also accept Medicare Care Plans for both Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology, though please be aware a gap payment will apply as Medicare does not cover the full appointment cost. DVA, CTP and Workcover clients are welcomed on a case-by-case basis, so please get in touch with our admin team before booking.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. This is especially true when there are little ones involved (cue mystery temperature at 1.00am). It’s for this reason, we try to be as generous with our cancellation policy as possible. If you are having “one of those days,” we ask that you let us know 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid a $69 cancellation fee.
