Follow Up Consultation

Standard follow up consultations will be 30 minutes ($96) unless advised otherwise in your initial consultation.

Postnatal Check

Includes pelvic floor assessment (if applicable), and assessment of abdominal muscle separation. Must be at least 6-8 weeks postnatal and have ceased bleeding. New clients require the Postnatal Check (60 mins).
Pre-Class Assessment

Prior to attending classes health funds now require an assessment with one of our Physiotherapists in order to claim your rebate. Involves non-invasive assessment of abdominal muscles and pelvic floor, as well as time to discuss any concerns you may have. (30 mins)

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan. This is especially true when there are little ones involved (cue mystery temperature at 1.00am). It’s for this reason, we try to be as generous with our cancellation policy as possible. If you are having “one of those days,” we ask that you let us know within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee.
