WAITLIST POLICY
To ensure everyone gets fair and equal access, please make yourself familiar with our waitlist policy. Once you move off a waitlist into a class, you will have 2 hours to respond to the waitlist notification via text or email. If we don’t hear from you within the 2 hours, the spot will be offered to the next person on the list and we will remove you from the class.
We understand evenings are sacred, and if you’re not child wrangling you are likely indulging in some very well deserved Netflix and chill time. For that reason, if you do receive the notification between 9pm-8am, we will give you 2 hours grace from 8am to respond.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note classes require a minimum 9 hours cancellation notice. We understand that unexpected things come up sometimes. However, due to our busy class schedule, to ensure fair and equal access to those on class waitlists, any cancellations made within 9 hours will be considered a late cancel and will forfeit a pass from your pack.
