Abdominal separation treatment with no downtime
A strong and healthy core is crucial for every move you make in early motherhood, from rocking and holding your baby to lifting prams, capsules and nappy bags.
We know that many women, particularly new mothers, don’t have the time or energy to commit to a new exercise regime.
That’s why Ivoryrose is one of the first physio clinics in South Australia to offer a revolutionary ab separation treatment — the Emsculpt. It’s never too late to repair your ab separation and regain control of your core.
What is Emsculpt?
The Emsculpt is a painless abdominal separation treatment that’s designed to strengthen your core and visibly reduce stomach muscle separation from pregnancy in just four sessions.
Its paddle causes thousands of powerful muscle contractions that are stronger and deeper than what you can achieve with core exercises alone. In fact, the Emsculpt delivers the equivalent of 20,000 crunches in every 30-minute session.
Plus, sessions are walk-in, walk-out with no recovery time to seamlessly work around you and your schedule.
Can Emsculpt help diastasis recti?
Wondering how to close your diastasis recti gap? The Emsculpt can help. Diastasis recti occurs when your abdominal muscles separate from being stretched to make room for your baby during pregnancy.
The Emsculpt uses electronic energy to cause deep muscle contractions — encouraging your abs to draw back together and helping to repair postpartum abdominal separation faster.
Whether you’re a new mother experiencing ab separation after birth or you’re looking for help fixing diastasis recti years after pregnancy, our experienced team of physios for abdominal separation is here to help.
