+ How much does the membership cost?

Glow Membership is just $59 per week and Fit & Flow Membership is currently $74 per week.

+ Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes you can! With no lock in contract, there are no cancellation fees. If you would like to cancel or pause your membership, we require a minimum 2 weeks notice. You can do this by emailing: admin@ivoryrosephysio.com.au.

+ Is my membership fee eligible for healthcare rebates?

Unfortunately membership fees are not eligible for healthcare rebates at this time.

+ Can I use my membership at both The Gym & The Studio?

It depends on which membership pack you purchase. The Glow membership gives you unlimited classes at The Gym only. If you’d like to access unlimited classes at both our locations, go for the Fit & Flow Membership & flow freely between all of our class types.

+ I purchased a Glow Membership, can I upgrade to a Fit & Flow Membership?

Ready to upgrade and get the best of both worlds? Just email us at admin@ivoryrosephysio.com.au or call our friendly front desk - we will upgrade your membership.

+ How will my membership fee be billed?

Your weekly membership fee will be direct debited from your nominated account. Payments will be deducted fortnightly. For Glow members = $118 per fortnight and Fit & Flow members = $148 per fortnight.

+ I’d like to be a member, but recently purchased a class pack. What happens to my class credits?

Never fear! Just email us admin@ivoryrosephysio.com.au and we can pause your current pack or roll over any remaining credit toward your membership fee.

+ How do I access the Crèche?

Don’t forget, if you’d like to access our Crèche at The Gym, you’ll need to purchase a Crèche pack for your little one & book them a spot when you book in your class. Places are limited so ensure you book ahead!
