Emma Carkeek
(she/her)
Physiotherapist + Group Instructor, Assistant Studio Manager
Emma graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017 and has been working privately in the field of Musculoskeletal, Sports and Women's Health physiotherapy ever since.
Emma's true passion lies in helping women, believing that pelvic floor weakness or dysfunction shouldn't stop you from achieving your goals. After falling in love with pilates and the way this type of exercise can transform how your body feels and moves, Emma quickly became obsessed with learning more and sharing her passion for movement with other women in an effort to support them to feel strong, healthy and confident, no matter what phase of life they find themselves in.
Outside of the studio, you’ll find Emma participating in Pilates herself, walking at the beach with her partner and puppy Otto, or hunting down Adelaide’s best oat cappuccinos.
