Sarah Carmichael
(she/her)
Physiotherapist and Group Instructor
Sarah graduated with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 2017 and has spent the past five years working in pelvic health physiotherapy. Her passion for pelvic health developed while working within an obstetrics and gynaecology practice, before recently relocating to Adelaide.
Sarah is dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers people to better understand their bodies and feel confident in their management plan. She works across all areas of pelvic health physiotherapy, supporting patients through every stage of life - from pregnancy and postpartum recovery through to the transitions and (often unwelcome) changes that come later in life.
She has a particular interest in pelvic pain and takes a holistic, whole-body approach to care, recognising the close relationship between the pelvic floor, movement, the nervous system and overall well being.
Outside the clinic and studio, Sarah can be found walking, running or cycling around Adelaide, or curled up with a cup of tea and a good book (recommendations are always appreciated).
