Exercise Physiologist, Studio Manager + Group instructor

Sarah is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and Women’s Health Practitioner. Within Sarah’s career, Sarah has worked within high level sports, musculoskeletal and educational roles, however Sarah’s real passion was found in women’s health. In 2018, Sarah experienced her first major step in her own women’s health journey, being formally diagnosed with endometriosis. This led her to exploring a passion in women’s health, specifically to meet a need that was not offered at the time that she needed it most.

Sarah utilises evidence based research to focus aid behaviour and lifestyle management of conditions traditionally not managed under conservative care. Sarah has a keen interest in fertility management, chronic pain and fatigue. Sarah is currently the only recognised Butterfly foundation Exercise Physiologist, in treating Eating Disorders, in South Australia - hoping to creative a supportive environment around physical activity and body image.
Alongside her clinic consultations, you’ll also find Sarah teaching in The Studio, Gym and buzzing around on manager duties (often with a coffee in hand).


In her spare time, Sarah will regularly be attending a pilates class or climbing a wall (bouldering – it’s a sport). Sarah’s downtime includes reading a good book alongside her cat ‘Sal’, whilst holding a cup of tea in a ceramic cup she made during one of her many hobbies.
