Kat Warr (Maternity Leave)

(she/her)

Founder, Physiotherapist and
Group Instructor

Founding Ivoryose in 2016, Kat has always been driven by a simple but clear goal: to improve the lives of women at all ages, from all walks of life. With a mission to make quality care accessible to all women, Kat holds a special soft spot for mums navigating the season of new motherhood.

With an approachable and kind nature, Kat takes time getting to know each and every client. She has over 10 years of experience in treating complex pelvic floor conditions including incontinence, pelvic floor trauma, bowel dysfunction and sexual pain. She is our go-to Senior therapist for pelvic health, with a particular interest in prolapse, stress incontinence, pessary fittings and birth preparation. Kat believes knowledge really is power, spending substantial time each year on professional development for which she not only encourages, but actively supports each member of her team to do the same.

Originally a Sydney-sider, it's not uncommon to hear Kat proclaiming her love of Adelaide - often calling it Australia's 'best kept secret'. When not at Ivoryrose, she spends her time wrangling her 2 energetic boys and making special memories (often outdoors) with her partner and family.

Skill Set: Complex pelvic floor, birth preparation, prolapse and pessary fittings, incontinence, bowel disorders, sexual pain and dysfunction, chronic pelvic pain, pregnancy pelvic girdle pain, abdominal muscle separation, postnatal checks, mastitis and more.

Locations: Norwood + Gladstone.

* Kat is currently on maternity leave, and is planning to return January 2025
