Stefanie Aworth (Leave of Absence)

(she/her)

Physiotherapist + Group Instructor

After graduating from UniSA in 2018, Stef began working in musculoskeletal physiotherapy but quickly felt as though a bigger purpose was calling her, finding her passion in women's health.

Stef’s gentle nature puts your mind immediately at ease as she explores the conditions which sometimes can feel uncomfortable to talk about. She is an advocate for education, always endeavouring to empower her patients to understand the various aspects that make up their bodies and womanhood. She is passionate about exercise and ensuring all women, no matter what stage of life, feel confident and comfortable to remain active. Ensuring she practises what she preaches, you will often see Stef alongside you participating in a pilates class, lifting weights at the gym or running outside in the fresh air.

Outside of Ivoryrose Stef loves walking by the beach, zoning out with a podcast, cooking with friends and reading a good book.
