The Gym

Located just down the road from The Studio & Clinic at 57A Kensington Road, Norwood.

If you're curious about weight training or ready to enhance your fitness, boost your energy levels and unlock those sweet endorphins, The Gym is for you!

Knowing from experience just how intimidating and overwhelming traditional gyms and weight rooms can be, our founder Kat aimed to create a safe, inclusive space for community and women wanting more from their workout. With 4 x class types, each program is designed to build total body strength and super charge your fitness levels through a fun mix of cardio and weight training.

Learn the fundamentals and explore functional fitness via a range of consciously designed programs, created by our Exercise Physiologists, every class has been intentionally kept small so we can give you the same one on one support you know and love. And the cherry on top? We also have an onsite crèche for babies and children up to 5 years old to make getting to classes even easier.


Fit

(1 Instructors / 6 women max)

Our fit classes are for you if you are looking to build up your cardio and work up a sweat! Each program focuses on higher intensity, shorter, sharper efforts and explosive movements. Prepare to get your heart rate up, your blood pumping and enjoy those well deserved rest breaks. This class is perfect for all women, at any stage of life so join us if you are expecting a baby, recovering from pregnancy, an injury or you just want to improve your general fitness. The Creche (whilst not a pre requisite) is available during certain class times, but don’t forget to book a spot for bubs too so you can focus on your workout!


Strength

(1 Instructors / 6 women max)

Our strength class is for you if you are looking to build total body strength, increase your core and improve bone health to boot! These classes are designed with a variety of dynamic, functional movements using a mix of moderate to heavier weights, with plenty of rest time to build your strength. Another perfect class for all women at any stage of life, we keep numbers small to ensure our trainers are always close by should you need a hand. So if you’re expecting a baby, recovering from pregnancy an injury or you just want to improve your general fitness and strength, join us for a strength class today. The Creche (whilst not a pre requisite) is available during certain class times, but don’t forget to book a spot for bubs too so you can focus on your workout!


Full Body Fusion

(1 Instructor / 6 women max)

You spoke, we listened. Full Body Fusion is a blended class featuring all your favourite parts of our Strength and Fit classes. Each class is intentionally designed with a mix of high intensity, short and explosive movements, plus a variety of dynamic, functional movements - where total body strength gains and good form are the goals.


Golden Girls

(1 Instructor / 6 women max)

This one has been consciously designed for our 50+ years community members. Our Golden Girls class focuses on functional movement with the goal of improving overall body strength and through the mastery of good form. You can expect us to encourage heavier weights but champion adequate rest time to build your strength in a safe supportive way. This class is living proof that it’s never too late to take control of your health and fitness.
