With a million things on the to-do list and a basket of washing that never runs out, finding time for exercise can be tricky. But ladies, taking care of yourself is vital. Not only for your well-being but the well-being of those around you. This is why we offer a whole range of class types, times and packages to suit everybody at our Norwood studio.


Prenatal

(2 Instructors / 8 women max)

This one is for all the expecting mums. A dynamic work out, designed to keep your beautiful, changing body feeling supported, fit and strong through each trimester.


Mixed

(2 Instructors / 8 clients max)

Baby friendly and designed to get you moving. This class is perfect if you’re expecting a baby, recovering from pregnancy, an injury or you just want to improve your general strength, technique and fitness. Dads, Husbands and Partners are welcome to attend.


Mums + Bubs

(1 Instructor / 4 women max)

A small group class for mamas with tiny humans in tow. Bring bubs along and let us keep them distracted while you focus on working up a sweat. (Nappy changes not included).


Small Group

(2 Instructors / 8 women max)

A focused class for women, those who are expecting and mums who need a little me-time or a dose of endorphins before work. We love little people, but this class is a Baby Shark free zone - for ladies only.

 

With over 60 classes at The Studio each week, our physiotherapy and exercise physiology led classes will get you connected, in control and loving your body.
