Rachel is a passionate Pilates instructor with a particular interest in supporting women to move safely and effectively throughout the pre + post natal period. She loves continuously learning, often enrolling in further training centred around Pilates and pre + post natal coaching. As a mum to her little cub John, Rachel has embraced her first-hand experience from birth to motherhood allowing her to relate and share milestones and mishaps with her clients. She admires their efforts in prioritising their health and fitness (especially with little ones in tow!) when they step into the studio. When she isn’t taking our ladies through their paces, Rachel enjoys creating memories with her young family.
