Natasha Hertel (Maternity Leave)

(she/her)

Senior Physiotherapist + Group Instructor

Tash is a goal-orientated physiotherapist, mum of two, and Inside The Box podcast co-host. Tash is on an important, but seemingly simple quest to help all women discover the best version of themselves through every season of womanhood.

Graduating with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2017, it was in 2020 she uncovered a burning desire to challenge society's expectations of women (and their bodies!) through informative, comprehensive, and holistic care; and subsequently found herself calling Ivoryrose home ever since.

Tash loves treating a wide range of complex conditions including incontinence, prolapse, bowel dysfunctions, chronic pelvic pain, sexual pain, and providing antenatal care and birth preparation advice (especially as an educator within our Born Ready workshops!). She is also our Mastitis guru and on-call therapist - the one who'll answer the phone to help you when mastitis strikes at the most inconvenient of times!

Tash has developed a comprehensive level of expertise in women's health, and has a passionate interest in postnatal care and return to exercise, prolapse and pessary management, birth preparation, OASI and complex bowel rehab, and chronic pelvic pain and sexual pain. She is also a clinical mentor, and loves sharing her knowledge to empower her colleagues around her.

Outside of Ivoryrose, she's a lover of all things family, food, and adventure. Often found whizzing around the country-side to rural hideaways where she finds herself most at home, visiting family and friends, and spending time in the great outdoors!

Skill set: Complex pelvic floor, prolapse and pessary fittings, incontinence, antenatal care and birth preparation, postnatal checks, bowel disorders, sexual pain, chronic pelvic pain, postmenopausal pelvic floor dysfunction, pregnancy pelvic girdle pain, abdominal muscle separation, mastitis and more.

Locations: Norwood
