Meet your mentor

Kathryn Warr

Founder of Ivoryrose
Principal Physiotherapist +
Group Instructor

Hi there, I’m so glad you are here.

My name is Kat and I first commenced my own journey into the field of women’s health 10 years ago when I myself, was working in an all musculoskeletal clinic. I’d always had a passion for helping women (even as a teenager), but it wasn’t until I stepped into my first Introductory Women’s Health course through Women’s Health Training Associates (WHTA), that I fell head over heels in love with this field of healthcare.

Once I completed my introductory course, over the following 2 years I enrolled in every advanced course I could find. Gradually improving my knowledge and skill set over time, I was fortunate to land a job solely in the field of Women’s Health/obstetrics/gynaecology, under the leadership of two incredible mentors to steadily support and expand my understanding and outcomes. These 2 mentors were Taryn Hallam, Director & Founder of WHTA and Lyz Evans, Director and Founder of Women in Focus. I credit both of these women for greatly influencing and shaping who I am today as a practitioner and business owner.

Experiencing first hand, the enormous impact of shared knowledge and mentorship from these leaders within the field of Women’s Health, I am passionate about passing my own knowledge to other physiotherapists.
