Hazel Anderson
Physiotherapist + Group Instructor

After graduating from Physiotherapy with First Class Honours in 2011, Hazel began working extensively with elite female athletes. It was in this time, Hazel discovered a love for helping women achieve their health and exercise goals. With extensive Pilates training and experience under her belt, Hazel is passionate about teaching women to better understand how their bodies work.

Currently completing a Postgraduate Certificate in Women’s Health and Exercise Physiotherapy through the University of Melbourne, Hazel is naturally driven to provide an empathic and caring service to all of her patients. She loves refining her own Pilates technique and is an avid runner, currently training for her second Marathon. When she isn’t in the studio or the clinic, Hazel can likely be found hunting down Adelaide’s best ramen (or gin distillery). As a self professed foodie, she knows all of SA’s best new hot spots and can talk flavor profiles for days.
