KEY:

Small Group Pilates: Suitable for all fitness levels. For the early risers and night owls - Suited for any client who wishes to attend classes outside of standard work hours. Prenatal and Post Natal women welcome. Babies not permitted sorry.

Mixed Class: Suitable for all fitness levels. Prenatal, postnatal, rehabilitative all welcome. Note – as these classes are “mixed”, babies are also welcome.

Prenatal Class: Suitable for all fitness levels. Identical in style to other services however this class allows you to share your exercise experience with those who may be feeling similar things to you whilst you journey through your pregnancy together.

Mums&Bubs:Suitable for all fitness levels. Babies most definitely welcome. We have swings, mats, jumper play gym and ball bit to try and keep these little ones occupied whilst mum works out!

Cancellation Policy:

Classes:
We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances may lead to you not being able to make your class, however ask that you please provide us with at least 9 hours notice of cancellation for. Our classes have a maximum amount of 4 people per class. For this reason, should you fail to provide 9 hours notice, your class payment will unfortunately be forfeited. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding of our cancellation policy.
